- Construction of a concrete and steel support system to stabilize the century old façade during the demolition and construction phases of the Lancaster County Convention Center and Hotel
- Drilled 52 caissons (36” round holes drilled down through the limestone below the city) through Queen and King Sts. without hitting a single utility
- Erected nearly 500 tons of steel while working overnight through the winter
- Continuous monitoring of the façade using the “Total Station” system to detect movement
