The procedure for keeping design/engineering aspects of construction separate from the builder/manager functions is a seasoned arrangement that has proven to be reasonable and viable. This particular approach requires the client to first retain the services of an architect to draw plans and produce specifications. For the construction phase of the project, CH&E would then be hired to execute the carefully prepared plans. When contracting with us through this method, we will coordinate all phases of construction and keep the project on time and on budget.
