When tragedy struck the Lancaster City Hall and the original 1930'S C. Emlen Urban doors were destroyed by fire, CH&E Millwork stood up to the challenge of replacing them. The original doors were a resawn black walnut over a white pine engineered core. The new doors were rebuilt in the same way except a Spanish Cedar engineered core was used.
