- Adaptive/reuse of an historic, early 19th Century Chester County bank barn
- The barn's timber frame was examined, supplemented and strengthened
- New recycled Pennsylvania white pine rafters replaced existing
- Insulation and sheathing were added
- New standing-seam roof and cypress siding
- Barn will house classrooms to be used for environmental education
